Delivery Policy
Local Delivery Only Blooms Collective offers local delivery within 10 miles of our Washington, DC studio. We do not ship nationally or internationally at this time.
Delivery Rates Standard local delivery is $15. Deliveries are made between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Deliveries outside the 10 mile radius are on an approval basis only and subject to additional rate.
Same-Day Delivery Same-day delivery is available when orders are placed by:
- 11:00 AM Monday – Friday
- 10:00 AM Saturday
Orders placed after these cutoff times will be scheduled for the next available delivery window.
Timed Deliveries Specific delivery time requests must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional rate. Please contact our studio directly to arrange a timed delivery.
In-Store PickupÂ
Pickup orders can be placed same-day until 3:00 PM. Advanced orders are generally ready for pickup on selected date from 11:00 AM onward. You'll receive a text message when your order is ready. Orders can be picked up Monday-Wednesday & Saturday until 4pm and Thursday-Friday until 6pm.
Pickup requests before 11:00 AM or at a specific time must be approved in advance — please contact our studio to arrange.
