DELIVERY

Do you offer same day delivery? Yes. All same day deliveries must be ordered before 11am, Monday–Friday.


What days do you deliver? Normal delivery days are Monday through Friday.


Can I pick up my order? Yes. You can pick up your order from our Dupont location during business hours.


What time will my delivery arrive? We aim to deliver to business or corporate addresses by 4pm and residential addresses no later than 6pm.


What if I am not home or if the recipient is not home? Once our deliveries are assigned, you will receive a text from our logistics company and can make an alternative plan.


Can deliveries be left at the front desk or inside my building? Yes, if it is normal for your building to receive deliveries in this way.


Can I request a special delivery day or time? Yes. We aim to be as helpful as possible, but a special request could incur additional delivery fees.

 

STANDARDS AND PRACTICES

Do the flowers look like the ones pictured on your website? Our website pictures are a representation of a creative skill, but you can expect bouquets and arrangements to change with the seasons and occasion.


How long do the flowers last? We aim to use the freshest cut stems, but we are still working with nature and cannot predict vase life.


Where do you source your flowers? Our first goal is to buy from our local growers. These flower farmers work hard to produce the best product and we want to honor that. Additionally, we are working with our wholesalers to identify fair trade farmers. Other than that we use wholesalers from across the U.S.


Do you offer replacement flowers? We hope you never have to ask this question, but rest assured we will work with you to ensure you are happy with your delivery. We do ask that you send us pictures within 24hrs of delivery.


Do you offer a no-packaging option? We offer a no-packaging option if you pick up directly from our Dupont location. We aim to send as little packaging as possible, and all our packaging is recyclable, compostable, or reusable.


Do you have a cancellation policy? Yes, for all products except The Statement, arrangements you can cancel within 24 hrs of delivery. The Statement can be cancelled within 48hrs of delivery.
